Our automatic isolation system provides highly pure enriched CTCs by using our novel microfluidic technology. The systems separate and isolate cells without a labeling step, hence suitable to operators without an intensive clinical, technical or biological background.
Video explaining a little about DEP and introduce “Resep System”
What is ReSep?
When we want something better we re do the said tasks so why not apply cell enrichment in microfluidics? Our novel chip and fluidics system allows you to decide the purity of the enriched sample based on the number of ReSeparation iterations.

The Resep System has a high degree of turnability for customized isolation results. In addition to the extensive chip lineup, the Resep System can be calibrated with our novel biologically engineered cells to find the optimal separation parameters for each chip.

Why CTCs?
CTCs are separated from tumors that circulate throughout the body in the vascular system. Recently, liquid biopsies, i.e., circulating blood samples, have emerged as a promising diagnostic method for early cancer diagnosis by detecting the presence of CTCs3.
Clinically, when compared to conventional cancer detecting biopsies, liquid biopsies are significantly less invasive methods for obtaining cancer cell samples, and are promising for early cancer diagnosis and therapeutic decision making. Unlike standard biopsy techniques, liquid biopsy techniques can provide real-time information regarding patient staging (metastatic vs non-metastatic), the molecular profile of the cancer (a key in the definition of chemotherapy treatments), and can be repeated with the desired frequency for close monitoring of progress and treatment. A rapid, cost-effective CTC detection system would thus promote early cancer prognosis and provide better recoveryoutcomes to patients4.
